Ian has been in the Winnipeg real estate industry for the past fourteen years.  "I started in the year 2001, when everything was about to change".  Throughout his fourteen years as a real estate professional it seems like "I had seen it all".  But, there is always another change right around the corner.  "Real estate is a very complex negotiation where the stakes are very high".  It is extremely important to choose a Realtor who can skillfully take you through the entire transaction process while expertly negotiating your interests.  "From contacts to mortgage rates, from deposits to closing, the answers need to be there", Ian says with conviction.

When Ian is not working with his real estate clients; he is spending most of his time with his wife Colleen of eighteen years and his fantastic daughter, Emily, who will turn sixteen this year.  Ian's day is also topped off with their family dog Holly who can lift your spirits even after the roughest of days.  Should there be any free time leftover then a trip to the golf course is always a wonderful day.  And as Ian admits, "a great lesson in humility".  "There's a journey happening in everyone's lives", Ian believes.  To quote the immortal words of Ferris Bueller...life moves pretty fast.  If you don't stop and look around for a while, you could miss it.
